John Chufar

John is a 3rd Generation Realtor and a Past President of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors. John was recognized by his Realtor Association and peers as Realtor of the year and in 2019 he was awarded the Howard Gates Award for going the extra mile for his client by completing a difficult and complex transaction requiring extraordinary endurance, tenacity diligence, patience and skill which earned him this honor.
