During her tenure, as a sales associate with a large national firm in the early years, she still represents buyers and sellers in all price ranges. Debbie has had consistent multimillion-dollar sales yet she continues to enjoy working with both first-time buyer individuals and families as well as executing the purchase and sales of multimillion-dollar estates and ranches. As a branch manager for Coldwell Banker in Montecito, she oversaw agent associates and lent her expertise to them encouraging and supporting their success. She’s a team player.
Her dream from the beginning, now realized, was to start her own real estate company one day. In 2010, together with her husband, Bob Ruccione, Debbie opened the doors to Coast and Valley Properties where they both represent buyers and sellers today.
